    Get ready to have Fun!!! The Beat Academy Music Production Camps & Workshops are a unique music learning experience put together and taught by professional instructors and music producers for students of all ages.  Our camps & workshops are a great way to gain knowledge in specifica areas of music/audio production without having to commit to a costly months, or even years long program!

 Beginners welcome!! 

Whether you are at an advanced or intermediate level of music production, we also provide private lessons for $75/hr.

     Learn to make music on your Laptop Computer! We'll have fun making beats and music with virtual instruments,samples, and sounds used by the top producers of today! There will also be "Master Classes" where renowned professional musicians, producers, and hit songwriters will come into the studio and work with and inspire the students!

     Beat Academy was founded by Joe Cruz, a noted Composer, Producer, Published  Songwriter, and Educator based in Los Angeles. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Joe is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Music Program (Bachelor of Music Degree). He has toured the world as a professional guitarist and has performed with 2x Grammy Award winning artist Sarah Mclachlan on The Tonight Show, Good Morning America, the CBS Early Show, Ellen, and AOL Live.
